The Southwest Kansas Open is excited to offer a new funding opportunity to Southwest Kansas. Please refer to the below requirements before submitting your funding requests. All applications can be submitted via the Southwest Kansas Open website or via mail to Southwest Kansas Open, P.O. Box 2164, Garden City, Kansas 67846.

Grant Requirements:

• Provide 501(c)(3) status.

• Include a brief description of your organization.

• Include how the funds will be used by your organization.

• Include other fundraising efforts used by your organization.

• Ability to provide 7-10 volunteers per day during the Southwest Kansas Pro-Am event on August 8-August 14, 2025.

• Located within Southwest Kansas.

• All grant applications must be submitted via mail to P.O. Box 2164, Garden City, Kansas 67846 or online at www.swksopen.com by Friday, January 10, 2025.

 

About the Grant and Process:

The Southwest Kansas Open supports 501(c)(3) or other exempt organizations/groups or the government equivalent (i.e. public schools, city/county/state entities, churches, etc.) that are located and serve Southwest Kansas.

 

All applications for funding are to be submitted via mail or online  by Friday, January 10, 2025. The Southwest Kansas Open Committee will meet to review applications and organizations that applied will be contacted by February 1, 2025. Three organizations will be chosen and receive a $15,000 (or more) grant once all requirements are met during the Southwest Kansas Pro-Am events on August 8-14, 2025.
